INTEGRATIVE BODYWORK & MASSAGE THERAPISTAnn continues to train extensively in a variety of modalities to provide multiple ways to move you from discomfort to comfort with ease and joy! In addition, Ann uses her knowledge of the use of Therapeutic Grade A essential oils and incorporates Young Living Therapeutic Essential Oils into her clients’ sessions when appropriate.

In our initial 120 minute evaluation we will measure your range of motion, determine areas with active trigger points, then begin working those painful places. We will practice self-care and provide you with simple steps you can take between our appointments.
